DMarkPet offers a satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, functionality, or condition of any item in your order, we will review your case and may provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Products that contain technical errors, corrupted files, or other issues that prevent normal usage
- Missing Components: Products that are missing advertised components or features
- Incorrect Products: Products that are significantly different from what was described or advertised
- Duplicate Purchase: Accidentally purchasing the same product twice
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 14 days of purchase for standard products
- 7 days of purchase for any custom or bespoke design work
We strongly recommend that you download and inspect your purchase as soon as possible after receiving it to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and typically ranges from 3-10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement products instead of a monetary refund, particularly for issues that can be resolved through these alternatives.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances
The following items and circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:
- After Download: Products that have been downloaded and used, unless they contain technical errors
- Changed Mind: Refunds requested simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product
- Compatibility Issues: Products that don't work with your software because you didn't check the compatibility requirements listed in the product description
- Customization Requests: Refunds requested because the product doesn't include features or customizations that weren't advertised

7. Custom and Bespoke Design Work
For custom or bespoke design work commissioned through DMarkPet:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
- Once you have approved the final design concept, no refunds will be issued
- If we fail to deliver work according to the agreed specifications and timeline, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund
8. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
For subscription services and plans with recurring payments:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
- If you cancel within 14 days of starting a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund if you haven't downloaded any products
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration outside the terms of this policy, please contact our customer service team, and we will review your case individually.
